POLE DANCE

Pole dancing is a full-body fitness workout that’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding. It’s fun, intense, and rewarding. LYRA (AERIAL HOOP)

Lyra offers a dynamic, full-body workout that builds core strength, upper body power, and flexibility while enhancing coordination and balance. Pole heels are not required - but are encouraged!

STRETCH

Our stretch class is designed to help you increase flexibility, release tension, and improve overall mobility. Through a combination of deep stretches and active flexibility exercises, you'll gradually open up your body, making it easier to progress in aerial, pole, or any physical activity. Whether you're aiming for splits, backbends, or simply want to improve your range of motion, this class offers a relaxing yet effective way to enhance your flexibility and recovery, while helping to prevent injury.

CONDITIONING

Pole fit combines the power of traditional strength training with the art of pole. In this dynamic class, you’ll focus on building upper body and core strength through pole-specific conditioning drills, climbs, holds, and inversions. Pole fit is the perfect compelement to your pole or aerial journey, and allows you to build the strength required to smash your goals!

ACRO CIRCUS

Ready to flip your world upside down? Our Acro Class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and body control as you explore the thrilling art of acrobatics. Whether you’re mastering handstands, balancing in cool inversions, or flowing through dynamic acro movements in the hoop, this class has something for everyone.

Perfect for all levels, we’ll guide you step-by-step through skills like handstands, cartwheels, partner acro, lyra and more. You'll not only improve your physical abilities but also boost confidence and body awareness.
